Leaf Temperature
The leaf temperature depends on the growth stage of the plant; as the plant gets bigger it provides more evaporative cooling so the leaf temperature drops lower. If you do not know your leaf temperature you could assume a temperature drop of about 2oF (1oC) from your room temperature.
