The
Operations Analyzer utilizes proprietary scoring, calculations and weighting
system designed by SVI. The analyzer
also uses historical industry NAICS codes for industry averages. These industry averages are taken over a
period of five years. This analyzer
uses the metrics from the highest average year over that period. The "best" in the industry
metrics come from the last of the five year period year and at the 85th
percentile of the industry or combination of industries. Because the "best" in the
industry achieve their results in so many different ways, the model uses a
proprietary weighting system for "best in industry." Because results could be due to either
outside or inside influences, outcomes are to be strictly interpreted by the user. In addition, this analyzer is subject to
the following agreements included on the Sustainable Vision Institute website
which include the "Website User Agreement, Software Licensing Agreement,
Terms of Use, Limitations, Assumptions, Notes, Terms, Licensing, Copyrights,
and Patents" located at the bottom of the "Home Page." By using this analyzer, the user
acknowledges they have read and understand these agreements.

The outcome
of this analysis could be due to the availability of sufficient capital, key
vendor relationships, global economic conditions, tax base, regional
conditions and trends, availability of sufficient equity, revenue levels, mix
of services or products, competition, supplier costs, and other factors
either subject to or not subject to the client control. Due to these inherent uncertainties, as
projections extend into the future, the results become more uncertain. As a result, future outcomes and results
may not be achieved. To achieve
outstanding results, management must take a leadership role. Results are the responsibility of
management. Management must plan for
the future including unanticipated events and circumstances.
