Associate through Director pay levels are accumulative and permanent once earned. No quotas are required to maintain these pay levels. *Sr. Director and Executive Director levels are paid out according to the number of premium dollars sold from the previous month.  Residual income begins after the plans have been on the books for over a year.  Some states vary, please see www.LegalShield.com for details.
