park district, county, forest preserve, etc.). Actual tax rates and payments may vary based on District-wide EAV growth, individual homeowner reassessment, State Law changes, property tax rate initiatives and other factors. The homeowner's exemption and senior citizen exemption each increase to $8,000 beginning with levy year 2023 for taxes collected in 2024.
